Kevin is the broker and owner of Eagle River Realty, LLC and is a lifelong resident of Hamilton, where he lives with his wife, Heather, and two children, Lauren and Kallie. He came to the real estate profession with a background in contracting from building new homes to specializing in tile and bathroom remodeling.
In 2005, Kevin was recognized by the Otsego Delaware Board of Realtors with a Top Achievers award and a Rookie award for outstanding performance as a first-year agent. Again in 2006, Kevin was recognized with a Top Achievers award and was a multi-million dollar producer. Kevin received his New York State Broker’s License in 2006 and continues to build his knowledge of the Real Estate profession through New York State certified continuing education courses. In 2007 Kevin made the commitment to open his own Real Estate office.

Lori Godshalk has been a licensed real estate agent since August 2004, and joined the Eagle River Realty LLC team in January 2008. Born and raised in Hamilton, Lori graduated from Hamilton Central School, attended college in Utica, and then lived in Syracuse for a few years before returning to her hometown. Lori and her husband, Mark, have one child, Brad, who is a college student at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Lori is familiar with the area and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. As a buyer’s agent, she will listen carefully to your needs, find the properties that fit your criteria, and provide you with professional and reliable service throughout the entire home buying process. Lee has been resident of the Earlville and Hamilton area since 1955. He is retired from Cossitt Concrete Products, inc. after 30 + years of service. He has worked daily with retail customers and contractors and was responsible for estimating & designing of foundations of houses, barns, & buildings. His experience and knowledge in the construction field will be very beneficial in the real estate profession.
Lee has also served many years on the tax review board for the Town of Lebanon. As a member of this board, decisions on the value of land, buildings, & properties will also be used in assisting our clients for their real estate needs.
Lee graduated from Earlville Central School & married Miriam Nower. They have 2 grown sons & 5 grand children who also have made their homes in the area.

John is an avid outdoorsman with an extensive background in conservation and recreational properties. He has over 30 years experience in residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate. Owning and operating his 800 acre farm he enhances wildlife habitat through crops, timber and wetland management. As a contractor he has remodeled and built several homes and barns giving him an in-depth understanding of the complete building system. In addition he has an extensive technical background developed at IBM East Fishkill and with the American Red Cross, as Director of Facilities Operations for the NY-Penn Region. Tina Sharp has been a licensed real estate agent since January 2006. She has been an area resident her entire life. She resides with her husband Robert and two sons, Andy and Alex. The family has operated a masonry business for many years and currently operate a dairy farm. She is very passionate about her hobby of raising exotic animals such as peacocks, pheasants, goats, pot belly pigs, chickens, ducks, Llamas, and alpacas. Tina has an extensive business background in banking, customer service, and agricultural.
